Q1) Is HDPE fabric acceptable in lieu of the PVC coated vinyl fabric in the SOW?
A1) HDPE fabric is not acceptable. The quoted fabric must be in compliance with
SOW paragraph 2.1.
Q2) Is a permanent or not readily removable foundation or footing acceptable?
A2) A permanent foundation or footing is not acceptable. The quoted anchoring system must be in compliance with SOW paragraph 2.2.
Q3) Is the delivery schedule in the solicitation firm?
A3) Historically, the delivery schedule in the solicitation is adequate for this product.
Q4) How can we address certification and representations required by the solicitation?
A4) It is acceptable to include a statement in your quotation that certifications and representations required by the solicitation are complete and current in your www.SAM.gov registration.

Q5) Will a staging area be provided for equipment and materials?
A5) Yes, a staging area at the Canopy site will be provided for equipment and materials.
Q6) Is the site manned 24/7?
A6) Yes, the Checkpoint is manned 24/7.
Q7) Does the Tohono O’odham Nation require permitting?
A7) Permitting is addressed throughout the SOW, especially paragraphs 2.8, 3.2,
10.2 and 10.3.
