- Solicitation number
- 1240LU23Q0063
- Issued by
- Department of Agriculture Forest Service
About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for sound absorbing panels for the Kamiah Supervisor's Office. The amendment provides additional specifications for the acoustical ceiling panels and suspension system required for the project. Tectum direct-attached cementitious wood fiber plank panels must meet ASTM standards for fire performance, mold resistance, and acoustical properties. The suspension system must be from a single manufacturer and comply with seismic codes. Preference will be given to sustainable products that provide transparency into ingredients, disclose hazards, and enable end-of-life recycling. The installer must consult a fire protection engineer on sprinkler and detector placement due to potential obstruction from the ceiling system.
