About this file

This document is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The form requires vendors and contractors to certify compliance with three specific state-level restrictions for contracts of varying monetary thresholds: (1) Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $1,000 or more, (2) Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts valued at $25,000 or more, and (3) Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $75,000 or more.

The certification requires contractors to affirm they are not currently engaged in and will not participate in boycotts of Israel, will not employ illegal immigrants, and will not boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries during the contract term. The document provides a standardized form for vendors to sign, acknowledging these restrictions as mandated by specific Arkansas Code Annotated sections. Contractors must complete the form by providing their name, vendor number, and signature to be eligible for contracts with the City of Little Rock.
