Subject: INL Request for Quotations: 19PM0718Q0058

The U.S. Embassy Panama City International Narcotics and Law Enforcement section has a requirement for a 2-Day Workshop on Valuing Seized Criminal Assets. If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and deliver the complete written/hardcopy package to the following address:

Please submit your quotation in English in a sealed envelope marked with the words "Quotation Enclosed" and include the RFQ number for this particular quotation. The quotation documents should be separated into two groups and clearly marked as the Prices & Financial Proposal and the Complete Technical Proposal & Qualifications. Please do not include prices in the technical portion of the proposal.

Do not copy and paste our SOW requirements to a Technical Proposal.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

• SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24, & 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote.

• Section 1, the Schedule

• Section 5, Representations and Certifications

• Additional Information as required in Section 3

Please submit your complete quotation on or before 16:00 (4:00p.m.) local time, on June 19, 2018. No quotations will be accepted after this time. You have until June 12, 2018 to submit questions in writing to sanchezz@state.gov with all answers posted on the webpage.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable technical quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The successful offeror is required to have a DUNS number and be registered in SAM/COR prior to contract award: DUNS www.dnb.com and SAM/COR www.sam.gov. This Request For Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the U.S. Government to make any award and the U.S. Government may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
