CREATIVE ECONOMY SERIES FINAL Q&A

1. Regarding the attendance for each event, will the 30 participants from the leadership event also be included in the 150 attendees for the networking event, resulting in a total of 150 people at the networking event? Or will there be an additional 30 people from the leadership event, making the total attendance 180 people for the networking event?

Participants in the leadership event will also be invited to the networking event. The total attendees for the first networking event should be 150 (with the 30 included). Please note:

the subsequent events have significantly fewer attendees.

2. Photography & Videography has only been accounted for at the December event. Does this mean for the Nairobi event we can’t have Photography & Videography?

Photography and videography in the Nairobi events will be arranged by the U.S.

Embassy. Venders should not quote for these services.

3. Media Coordination Responsibilities: Are we expected to handle media coordination for these events, including press releases and media coverage arrangements?

The U.S. Embassy will coordinate media press releases and coverage arrangements.

4. Event Agenda Development: Will we be responsible for creating the event agenda, or will this be provided by the Embassy?

The Contractor will take a lead role in the creation of initial draft event agendas;

however, the U.S. Embassy will provide feedback in an iterative process.

5. Does the embassy already have the panelists or does the contractor need to come up with the list for each event?

The Contractor will suggest panelists from the list of invited participants, subject to final approval U.S. Embassy approval.

6. Does the embassy have a set program of how the events will run, or do we come up with it?

The Contractor will take a lead role in the creation of initial draft event agendas;

however, the U.S. Embassy will provide feedback in an iterative process.
