1. Question: Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number 192117VSA00000023 contain requirements similar to a current contract? If possible, please provide the current contract number. Or, is this a new requirement for the government?

2. Question: Who is the incumbent?
2. Answer: Technical Maintenance and Service Corp.
3. Will a site visit be scheduled?
3. Answer: Yes, a site visit has been scheduled for August 10, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Vendors requesting a site visit need to submit a request (along with information listed below) via email to the contracting officer by August 4, 2017 9:00 AM CST. Location will be provided after receipt of information.
The following information is required for the site visit.
1. Full name
2. Full social security number
3. Company Name
4. Make and model of vehicle
5. Vehicle tag number
3. Question: Please clarify if the factory certification from Liebert is required to be considered for this project. To our understanding there is only one maintenance company with that certification in PR, which reduces the competitiveness of other local HVAC maintenance company. As an HVAC Engineer we understand that the required maintenance can be provided by any HVAC technician.
3. Answer: Any responses to the RFQ will have to demonstrate that they are able to work on the Liebert equipment and be able to provide all the requirements listed in the Scope of Work.
