About this file

This document is a Best Price Procurement Quotation Request Form issued by Horry County Public Works in South Carolina for a concrete driveway repair project. The procurement seeks a contractor to perform 6" concrete driveway repair at 1679 Longleaf Drive in Myrtle Beach, involving approximately 21 square yards of concrete work. The project requires the contractor to form, grade, furnish, pour, and finish the driveway, with existing concrete already removed. Quotes are due by Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM, and contractors are encouraged to meet on-site with the county contact. The project completion time is set at the Notice to Proceed plus 30 business days, with the contractor responsible for traffic control according to SCDOT standards and cleaning the work area upon completion.

The quotation form allows vendors to submit pricing, with the county reserving the right to award the purchase order to the best-priced vendor meeting project requirements. The quote remains valid for 60 calendar days, and while the specific unit price is to be filled in by the vendor, an 8% tax will be applied to the final cost. The document emphasizes that the quantities are estimates and that the quote does not commit Horry County to awarding a purchase order, providing flexibility in the procurement process.
