(of WOSB) Provide UIE # 8 PWS 4.1 – Is the cutting height of the turf areas to be cut at 2 1/2? Yes 9 PWS 4.1 – Is there a specific number of mowing or a specific time frame for mowing. Weekly 10 PWS 4.2 - What is the total square footage of the beds that need to be mulched? 5500 SqFt 11 PWS 4.4 – Is the entire property irrigated or are there areas where hand watering is expected. Option year 2, is this correct? Yes 13 PWS – 4.6 4.6 addresses fertilization only and specifies that 1 application is required after the soil analysis at the start of each season and does not require any pre or psot emergent for weed control. Is this requirement correct? Yes
14 PWS 4.9 - This section only addresses the weed control of beds and hard surfaces via non-selective herbicides, and has no requirement for addressing weeds in the turf areas. Is this correct? No , turf needs to be treated
15 4.13 – Is this section implying that if a 24” diameter tree dies the contractor is to remove and replace the tree. This could potentially be a replacement cost of several thousand dollars that one would have to include in the cost of their proposal and never happen. Could changed to be accomplished via a separate task order if it does occur.
Yes 16 Will a 1449 be issued? Yes 17 There is no mention of completion of the reps and certs. Do these need to be completed and which volume should they be included in – Vol I (Technical Capability) or Volume II – Past Performance, Price/Cost.

18 In section Proposal Instructions & Evaluation Criteria – Factor 2 Past Performance Item A states - The Offeror shall provide up to two (2) past performances for projects that are of a comparable or related nature and complexity to the requirements of the proposed contract by completing the table(s) below. We have been unable to locate any table in any of the documents related to this solicitation and would appreciate clarification.
No table but please provide the following for past performance: a. Name, address, and telephone number of each contracting organization/customer and name and facsimile and telephone number of the Project Officer and Contracting Officer; b. Contract numbers, types and total contract dollar values; c. Periods of performance including the original planned completion date and actual completion date with an explanation for any variance; d.
Discussion of the similarities and differences between this proposed effort and the specifications of those contracts;
and e. A brief description of the expectations and scopes of each of the contracts.
19 Will an escort be needed by the contractor to service the area? No, But will need to be cleared. We will run clearances 20 Since the location is within the airport. Is there a need to do lawn service anywhere on airport property? No 21 Will a irrigation license be required? Yes 22 There are no days listed for service. Will the weekends be acceptable? No, week days only.
