DESCRIPTION/ SPECIFICATIONS/ WORK STATEMENT

STATEMENT OF WORK – Revision #2 Project # 22Z5AC7

Replace Fire Alarm

Federal Correctional Institution, Big

Spring The following changes shall be made to the Statement of Work (initial), dated April 22, 2022.

1. In Part C. Quality Assurance/Installation Requirements, 1. Radio Room Head End, changed requirement to, "Radio Room - Remote Monitoring Station - Awarded contractor shall install a new remote monitoring station inside Radio Room building 304."

2. In Part C. Quality Assurance/Installation Requirements, 2. Control Center -, change requirement to, "Control Center - Awarded Contractor shall install install EST4 Head Unit and provide a UL listed Fireworks Graphical Computer at the FCI Control Center and locate as directed by the owner. Maps shall be tested and approved by owner. It shall be possible to disable/enable devices from the Fireworks Computer as well as print all required reports."

3. In Part C. Quality Assurance/Installation Requirements, 3. Field Communication Closets Paragraph 3, removed requirements of, "Install new system with new Edwards Fire Alarm EST4 panels, remote annunciators, and booster power supplies in BIO- Diesel Outside Maintenance (324). New panels will need to be installed in Buildings 326 and 324."

4. In Part C. 3. Field Communication Closets, add requirement, "26 of 29 fire alarm panel replacements require recessed installation in like manner as existing simplex units including wall finish work. Remaining 3 panels are surface mounted.

5. In Part D. Testing and Quality Assurance, added requirement, "h. Software Maintenance Agreement for the life span of the system."

6. In Part E. Equipment/Parts, added spare parts requirements, " QTY 10 Multi Mod Small Form Pluggable Module (SFP); QTY 10 Single Mod Small Form Pluggable Module (SFP)", Increase, "15 Addressable Area Smoke" to "30 Addressable Area Smoke".

Reduce, "15 Pull Station w/Module" to "5 Pull Station w/ Module".

7. Section F. Housekeeping and Material Disposal, 4th line, replace "FCC Pollock" with "FCI Big Spring."
