Re: 15BCTS23Q00000011, Casper, WY
Question 1: I wanted to please seek some clarity regarding the MAT and psychotropic medication requirement on this contract. If I am reading the solicitation correctly, is it the Bureau’s expectation that these services are also to be provided in office?
I noted this in the SOW:
3.9.1 Telehealth. Telehealth services (e.g. psychiatry and
counseling) may be approved for use in remote locations, locations deemed as acceptable by the Bureau, or during a national public health emergency.
Answer 1: When examining a quoter's proposal, telehealth for the specific use of MAT and psychiatry would be considered for approval in this location based upon the quoter's provision of appropriately licensed clinicians and telehealth system standards, including HIPPA compliance. Should these standards be met, telehealth for MAT and psychiatry would be acceptable in this area.
