RFI 001

Q1) Is this a Prevailing wage Job?

A1) This requirement is covered under Service Contract Act Wage Determination.

Q2) Do we want to replace the dampening system?

A2) As stated in the scope of work.

“Refabricate existing plenum and return air duct openings as needed to fit new furnace. Install necessary furnace vent and drain lines.”

Q3) The scope of work states installation of a condensate pump however the system is using a floor drain. Do we still need to install one?

A3) No, the floor drain is adequate. Please reference the revised SOW for revised requirement.
