Question # Question Answer/Response
1.8/9/22 Before I finish and send in our bid. I want to make sure that I have filled out the bid form correctly. I am assuming that the pricing for the Quarterly and Semi-Annual inspections are per each?
Yes, the pricing is for each occurrence. Annotate the frequency on bid form (x4), (x2) etc. This will make the total cost of the bid known to COR and Contracting officer.
The annotation will also ensure the bidders is aware of the interval.
