Amendment 0001, Questions and Answers
1. Is there any set budget range for this? There are a lot of variations that I can see for the public engagement process and it would be helpful to know what a maximum fee range might be.
Answer: This is a commercial requirement and an estimate can not be released. Pricing should be based on market value for a study based on what is written in the RFQ.
2. Is a time line for completion of 12 months to 18 months acceptable rather than 36 months?
Answer: A contractor can propose a shorter time in their proposal. The Government estimated 36 months based on previous studies. Additionally, contractor should estimate time for reviews and edits.
3. How do you want the proposal submitted? Do we submit our technical proposal followed by the quotation pages as an appendix? Do you just want one electronic copy submitted?
Answer: The proposal can be submitted as one document or two. There is no preference as long as it is submitted electronically.
