Solicitation Number 140L3921Q0110 Digital Billboard Messaging Questions & Answers

Q1) The SOW mentions ‘the advertising content of other vendors must be professional and exclude gentlemen’s clubs.’ Gentlemen’s clubs content cannot be guaranteed to be excluded in that area of Nevada, however, if there is any of that content, it can display your content after 2 or 3 other spots are displayed thereby not having your content follow the gentlemen’s clubs spots directly. Driving by, a consumer would see your content and not the other questionable content. Will that approach satisfy the requirement?

A1) Advertising can display gentlemen’s clubs content after 2 or 3 other spots are displayed thereby not having wildfire and prevention messages follow the gentlemen’s clubs spots directly.
