1. However, we noticed that the solicitation doesn't include information about the make and model of the existing JACE unit to be replaced. Should we propose a similar unit or stick with the recruiting one? Upgrade to N4

2. Is there a reason why the SOW only calls for the replacement of one JACE controller? A new controller would require it to be N4 and would not be compatible with any existing JACES. New controller to be N4

3. What version of Niagara is/was the existing supervisor running? 3.8

4. How many existing JACEs? 1

5. How many existing devices (regardless of protocol)? 200

6. Are any as-built drawings, sequence of operations, or floorplans available? No

7. Will a site survey be allowed? Yes

8. The background section of the PWS mentions existing remote access to the BAS. Is this still functional? Remote access can be provisioned

a. If so, will setup and /or configuration of new BAS equipment to support remote access be required? We can provide the information for remote access configuration

b. If not, will replacement remote access equipment be required? n/a

9. Is this a government network and will cybersecurity requirements be imposed? If so, will an ATO per DoD 8570 be required or appropriate documentation for the end user to meet the ATO requirements? It depends on which internet service provider we connect the system to.

10. Is the facility in a sensitive area that will require clearances to access? n/a

11. Will escorts be needed to perform the scope of work? Yes (provided)

12. Do we know the number of devices and/or points that are required? So that we can properly size the JACE and Supervisor. Appx 200 / 20 points

13. Are there custom graphics/reports to be developed to enhance the user experience and efficiency? Yes

14. Are there current graphics to be re-used? If so were they developed in PX or a third party graphics package? Yes developed in PX

15. Are we able to download the station to get the graphics and the monitored/controlled data points; in other words was the previous implementation operationally satisfactory as a starting point? No system is dead now and being overridden

16. Can due date be extended to allow adequate time to develop a quality proposal? Time is critical
