1. Where is the well, well pump, are there other well pumps on site? well pump is behind pump house. There are others but not part of this project

5. Do we clean up the breaker box in Q1? Yes

6. Who tells us where the lights will be placed? on site staff

7. Do we need permits for the work?

8. There are different brands of breakers in Q1, do we replace the odd ones to provide name brand continuity?Yes, if possible

9. In Q2, can we get specs on the HVAC system? Yes once job has been awarded

10. Would you like 2 panels or 1 in Q2? One

11. Where will the exit lights go and they are provided by FWS right? Yes , at both building entrances

12. In Q2 is it ok for the exit circuit to have exposed piping?

, replace the odd ones to provide name brand continuity

There will be a contract clause, requiring goods be purchased via an American Distributer
