2. How many gallons of coolant should the contractor expect from each ME?
Answer: 110 gallons per engine.

Answer: Fernstrum DX1660d
4. What is the make and model of the generator engines?
Answer: John Deere 6076ATF
5. How many gallons of coolant should the contractor expect from each generator?
Answer: 55 gallons each

24. For the Dry-dock, is a “Travel-Lift” acceptable if the vessel is blocked according to the docking plan per specified vessel?
Answer: Not sure how a “travel Lift” works. A proposal that includes a “Travel Lift” will be considered subject to acceptance of this method.
25. Are each individual “price estimates” an estimate or actual bid?
Answer: The solicitation is amended to “BID”
26. What paint system is required in the chain locker?
Answer: Suggest it be the same as the holding tank.
27. Item #25 Aft Crane Remove/Reinstall. The first bullet point directs contractor to remove the crane pedestal. The second to last bulletin states to reinstall the crane on a new pedestal. Is the owner providing a new pedestal?
Answer: REPAIR AND REINSTALL ORIGINAL PEDESTAL UNLESS IT IS FOUND TO BE BEYOND
ECONOMICAL REPAIR.
28. Item #25 Aft Crane Remove/Reinstall. The second and third bullet points directs the contractor to make modifications to the crane boom. Have these changes been engineered and approved by a Professional Engineer as required by 29 CFR 1917.45(b)(3)? If so, please provide that document.

33. Topside Paint Items. The paint specifications are ambiguous on whether the final coat is a spot to the affected areas or an overall full coat. Please clarify.
