Scope of Work:
Indoor Daktronics Video Scoreboard Only
The specification and scope for this project is to install one new digital scoreboard on the east wall in place of the existing scoreboards in the main gymnasium , building 1593, located at 12 Painted Horse Trail, at Wingate Elementary School in Ft. Wingate, New Mexico. The new board is to be mounted on new support systems and new electric power supplies and controls (wireless). Electrical supply shall be tied into existing electrical panel.
The Contractor shall provide quote only for Daktronics brand name video board which is compatible with the newly installed Daktronic audio system currently in place.
Contractor and its technical staff are encouraged to make a site visit prior to submitting a bid proposal to acquaint themselves with the site and consitions.
Contractor shall provide all labor for the duration of contract. Travel expenses, mileage, per diem, should be included in the contract.
**NOTE:
The Daktronics video display is compatible with the newly installed Daktronics audio system currently in place. NO OTHER MANUFACTURER WILL FUNCTION CONGRUENTLY WITH
THE DAKTRONICS AUDIO SYSTEM.

• All Sport Wireless Controller (controls all boards)
• MX-1 Bluetooth App Control Module
• Daktronics Factory Startup support
Provision and installation of (1) Indoor BB-2121-W-PV – Basketball Scoreboard
• Scoreboard Size 10’0”w x 2’6”h x 0.6”dD
• Board/Trim Color = TBD
• Panaview White Digits

Contractor shall deliver the following:
• Standard working hours (7am – 5pm)
• Installation of videoboard to existing new wall mounted sound system according to the manufactures recommendations
• Proposal includes demo and disposal of (1) indoor basketball scoreboard
• Video Display will have preloaded personalized “Team Spirit” Animations with school colors.
Mascot/Logo
• Provide training on the usage of the Daktronics Multiuse Videoboard
• All supplies, materials, equipment and labor
• All Graphics; Logo design, Lettering
• Fiber optic cable installed to be provided by Vendor for video displays
• 5 year warranty
Items NOT included in proposed scope:
• Any conduit/raceway provisions
• Adequate provisions for electrical circuitry (i.e breakers/panel loads/ets)
• Permits
