A: There are 574 Federally Recognized Tribal Entities. While we do not expect all 574 entities will be able to participate, we want the Contractor to help design an approach for the hybrid workshops that enables as many to participate as possible. There could be one or more attendees from each participating Tribe, but we do not have an exact number at this time.

2. We would like the Contractor to help us determine an appropriate length of time that each workshop should be. Task Area 3.5 Written Comment Platform – Does the comment platform need to be incorporated into an already existing website or platform?

A: We have not yet defined an existing platform for this work. It could be incorporated into BIA’s existing website. We may also be able to consider other mechanisms.

A: Yes. Note, the period of performance should end 10/31/2023, rather than 11/30/23
