About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the solicitation 140A1125Q0031, focusing on a lead paint and asbestos assessment project for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Hopi Agency. Amendment No. 1 provides detailed responses to six contractor questions regarding building access and project logistics.
The key responses clarify that BIA Hopi Agency Facilities Management staff will escort the contractor throughout the project, provide advance notification to building occupants, ensure accessibility to locked or boarded-up buildings, and handle tasks like cutting padlocks or securing boarded-up buildings as needed. The amendment emphasizes that building access will be coordinated according to a project schedule, with advanced notification to occupants. The amendment is effective 04/11/2025 and was issued by the BIA Western Region Office in Phoenix, Arizona, with no changes to other terms and conditions of the original solicitation.
