Amendment 0001
NIST RFQ 1333ND21QNB770199
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide responses to questions submitted by industry and incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement to this solicitation.
Industry Question 1: Can you please tell me if there is there an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement?
NIST Response: Similar services are being performed under an existing task order by Prometheus Computing, LLC.
Industry Question 2: If this is a follow-on requirement, could you please provide the previous contract or task order number?
NIST Response: Task Order number 1333ND20FNB770076 under NIST IDIQ Contract number SB1341-15-
CQ-0010.
Industry Question 3: Does a signed contingency offer need to be provided for the Key Personnel?
NIST Response: No, there is not a requirement for offerors to submit a letter of commitment or contingency offer for their proposed key personnel. However, it is expected that any key personnel candidates proposed by an offeror will in fact be available and assigned to work under the resultant contract should the offeror be awarded the contract. Additionally, failure of the given awardee to comply with the terms of the SOW key personnel requirements and relevant key personnel clause may be grounds for termination of the resultant contract. Submission of documentation with the quotation that would guarantee that the proposed candidates will be available and assigned to work on the resultant contract, while not required, are welcome and encouraged.
Industry Question 4: Is there a publicly available Git Repository for the NIST RPKI Monitor?
NIST Response: The software is an internal NIST GitLab repository only and is not available to the public.
A public webpage describing the function of the system and providing a link to the publicly available web front end can be found here:

Please note that this link also replaces the beta test URL in “Section I: Background” of the Performance Work Statement.
Industry Question 5: Who is the incumbent for this acquisition?
NIST Response: See response to Question #1.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
