About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation for streambank stabilization services for the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Mingo County, West Virginia. The amendment provides additional clarification in response to questions from offerors. It confirms that the contractor will be expected to balance excavation materials from two sites to use as fill at a third site, and will be responsible for obtaining suitable fill from an off-site location if needed. The amendment also states that the contractor must dispose of any excess excavation materials off-site outside the floodplain once all three projects are complete. No other changes were made to the solicitation terms.
