RFQ Questions and Responses - Conservation Planning Programs Division – Project Coordinator Services.

Q1. September 27, 2021 is a Monday. The RFQ refers to September 27, 2021 as Friday.

Should the text read Monday instead of Friday?

A1. Quote’s submission is due by Monday, September 27, 2021.

Q2. Is this a new requirement? If not, who’s the incumbent and current contract value?

A2. This is a new requirement.

Q3. Does the govt intend to make an award before the end of current FY – ‘21?

A3. Yes.

Q4. Reference Page 27, Special Requirements: Can the government clarify if the following software programs (licensing) are provided by programs business tools (e.g. NEST, ProTracts, CD, CART, FMMI, IAS, EPD Shared drive, etc.)?

A4. The programs are agency business tools that will be used to complete tasks as assigned.

These business tools can only be accessed through a government issued equipment and the contractor will receive training prior to using the business tools.

Q5. Does the government have an anticipated primary place of performance (the CDRL list indicates DC) is there a specific building?

A5. In section 7.0 Contractor’s Key Personnel, the following statement describes the location of employment, The Government may allow the Contractor employee to telework (non-NRCS office location) during the contract as the primary duty station location. There is no DC location described in this Performance Work Statement.

Q10. Do we need to provide any hardware as part of our services for this contract?

A10. Refer to Performance Work Statement section 5.0 Government Furnished. If additional items are needed that the government does not supply that would be responsibility of the contractor.

Q11. Is proposed candidate’s resume comes under the 10-page limitation of proposal.

A11. No, the resume and appraisal license is in addition to the 10-page limit.
