Questions and Answers #1 - Amendment 0002

1. Are we to supply unit heaters. There is no spec.? Unit heaters are shown on the drawings, required per division I, and required to be wired per division 16. The price doesn’t appear to be much different among the Btu ratings, but a 60,000 Btu unit for the LB White gas line of heaters would be acceptable. If contractor wants to install another brand which would require a flue exhaust, that would be up to them.

2. Are we to have a motor damper on fresh air? See division 1580 and drawing detail. No

3. Is the return air just a duct in side with filter? That is what would be expected to be shown on submittals. Nothing additional was required.

4. Will we need certified air & water balance? That is not required in the specification.
