Questions & Answers about Requirement

· For Tyvek, you’re requesting 125 cases with 25 units per case = 3125. Each Tyvek line has 125 there are 25 per case. We are only requesting case level not the each level and the manufacturer only packages it in the case level which is 1 case/25 per case.

· For 3M, you request 100 cases, and there are 160 masks per case = 16,000 masks no the mask that are packaged by 3M are packaged in the configuration as described in the solicitation by case, see below for the configuration per case.

This configuration is the 3M Manufacturer configuration this is how they are packaged by themanufacturer.

· For Gloves, it’s 100 cases with 10 box/case and 100 gloves per box = 100,000 gloves. The amount requested is 100 Cases, each case is packaged with 10 boxes and each box has 100 gloves. We are not purchasing in each by the case only by the configuration provided.

· Tyvek w/o hood is this 125 coveralls total or 125 cases of 25 per case? The quantity is 125 cases and there are 25 Suits per case.

· What are your required specs for 3M mask? and each part number is required or just need one type that meets the requirement? 100 cases or just 100 masks? The type of 3M respirators are listed they are as below, each have a specific number of respirators per case based on the type, those numbers are listed in the solicitation per respirator type but I have added below. This configuration is the 3M Manufacturer configuration this is how they are packaged by the manufacturer.

· Same question about quantity for gloves. 1 case contains 100 gloves. Gloves are Nitrile 4 mil powder free, the part number is the same except they have the size listed in the part number. As long as the gloves meet the requirement as Nitrile 4 mil powder free with 100 per box packed 10 boxes per case in the sizes requested they will be sufficient.

· Case column of the Bouffant Caps it is listed as 250/cs? Is this a typo as the Unit Size column explains it differently (100 per bag & 10 bags in a case) which I understand but cannot add up to 250? Should it read 10bg/ cs similar to how the gloves are explained? 100 packages 250 caps in each package. We put case on the spreadsheet, which is incorrect for this item.
