Statement of Work (SOW)
Service Contract for the C-Lock GreenFeed Systems
GENERAL INFORMATION
1.0 Scope of Work. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Environmentally
Integrated Dairy Management Research Unit (EIDMRU) in Marshfield Wisconsin has a need for a Base plus 4 Service Contract for the existing C-Lock Greenfeed Systems.
Contractors will provide service and upkeep of seven Greenfeed instruments.
2.0 Background. The service and upkeep will include data access, hardware, and software support. The work is to be performed at the U.S. Dairy Forage Research Center in Madison support a requirement for a comprehensive service agreement on C-Lock Greenfeed units
(Unit No. 323, 324, 523, 524, 525, 526, 527) in Madison and Marshfield, Wi. and
Marshfield, WI.
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
3.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks: The Contractor shall be responsible for providing service and upkeep of seven (7) Greenfeed instruments. The government intends on awarded a Base plus 4 option year (5 year total) contract. The Service Contract Agreement must include each of the following items for each year of the contract:
1) Unlimited remote desktop support;
2)Data access;
3) Remote monitoring;
4) Replacement or repair of all parts that wear out through normal wear and tear;
5) All repair labor and parts included;
4.0 Government Furnished:. The government will furnish a replacement computer as needed.
5.0 Contractor’s Key Personnel: A trained technician shall be included.
6.0 Security Requirements: All hardware and the software used to run and acquire emissions data shall include security provisions equal or greater than those outline by current Federal guidelines.
7.0 Data Rights: ARS-USDA reserves the right to retain all data generated from use of the enteric emissions measuring units.
8.0 Section 508 – Electronic and Information Technology Standards: The computer will be replaced by the customer brought up to the current Federal E & IT standards.
