Question 1: Do you have any existing pictures or additional specifications (pictures) ie manufacture(s) that you currently use, or is this a first time request?

Answer: This is a first-time request

Question 2: For no. 2 Controllable stirring: Is it needed that you can control both forward and reverse? Do you require a specific auger?

Answer: We don’t need to control the direction of stirring, only the speed in the range from

0 to a maximum of 500 or higher rpm. We do not require a specific auger.

Question 3: For no. 5 Option for interchangeable vessels: Do you have need a specific material that the vessels need to be made of? Stainless or Plastic?

Answer: Glass.

Question 4: For installation and training, is this a hard wired installation or just 110v plug into an existing socket? Do you have a requested amperage?

Answer: 110V plugged into a standard US socket. We don’t have specific amperage.

Question 5: What materials of construction are these reactors?

Answer: The reactor comprises several components and should be made from appropriate materials. They should be sturdy and compatible with a standard chemical laboratory environment.

Question 6: What type of process variables need to be recorded?

Answer: For each reactor: set temperature, time (should be able to set and record reaction time of each reactor) and stirring speed

Question 7: What type of reactions will these be used for?

Answer: Some reactions will be air-sensitive, so the reactor should allow for inert gas blanket.

Some reactants will be mixed over a longer period of time, so capability to set and control dosing of at least one reactant per reactor will be required.
