This document is a Schedule of Items for the Ripton Barracks - South Building Demolition project in the Green Mountain National Forest, Vermont. The solicitation includes a base item for the interior demolition, asbestos abatement, and minor site restoration, as well as an optional item for the demolition and removal of a vault toilet building.
The solicitation is seeking a single firm-fixed-price contract award. Contractors must provide pricing for all items and meet the specified registration requirements. The award of the option item may occur separately from the base item. Payment will only be made for the items shown, and the contractor must account for any applicable payment protections in their pricing.
