Janitorial Services Site Visit Questions 11/15/2018
1. How many miles north of Hwy 70 is it, and how many miles of dirt road?
It is 17 miles north of Hwy 70 and about 15 miles of it is a dirt road.
2. How are the roads when it rains? Can a car make it or do I need a truck?
Roads are usually drivable in a car unless we have an extreme rain event then they can become pretty muddy and slick. You can always call ahead and ask one of us about road conditions.
3. If roads are bad, can we provide the service on an alternate day?
Yes, services can be provided the next day as long as we’re called and informed of the change.
4. Can we take photos?
Yes.
5. Are the window blinds to be wiped down as part of the window cleaning?
Yes, they should be dusted as well.
6. Do we need to clean the air vents (in the Garcia Building)?
No.
7. Can the services be provided on a Tuesday instead of Monday?
I don’t see any problem with providing services on a Tuesday instead of Monday as long as it is done weekly and consistently.
8. Do we have to stay clear of the computers (for security) or do they get dusted too.
The computers can be dusted as well but you cannot use them.
