Alarm Monitoring
SECTION B ‑ SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICE/COSTS
B.1
SCOPE OF CONTRACT
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment supplies, transportation, supervision, etc., in order to perform all elements of the work identified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings, and in accordance with the clauses, specifications, attachments, and other terms and conditions set forth herein for Alarm Monitoring @ BARC.
B.2
SCHEDULE OF ITEMS
Contractor agrees to perform all required work as described in the below referenced items and contract specifications/drawings. In order to be considered responsive, an offeror must propose on all items:

PERFORMANCE TIME
Base Item: 365 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued.
Optional Items: _365_ additional calendar days performance time shall be provided for the award of any Optional Items.
B.4 REJECTION OF PROPOSAL: Failure to demonstrate compliance will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions. ALL OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SAMS DATABASE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN AWARD
