In response to Offeror questions, see below:

QUESTION 1:

Is the quote to just put the cooler in?

ANSWER:

Per Paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3 of the Statement of Work, the scope of the project is to remove and replace the existing condensing unit, evaporator, thermostat and controls and then start up and test the new equipment. The cooler structure itself shall remain as is.

QUESTION 2:

Is there a GC?

There is not a General Contractor associated with this project. The successful offeror will contract directly with the USDA.

QUESTION 3:

Are we allowed to quote equal to Polar King?

It is acceptable to quote equipment that has performance specifications equal to or better than Polar King.
