NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Radiodetection

13-SS-26

The City of Palm Bay intends to recommend the award of a purchase order to Green Equipment Co. for the provisions to purchase repairs, equipment, parts, maintenance, services, support for Radiodetection locating equipment.

Vendors who believe they can meet or exceed the above stated requirement must provide convincing technical data sufficient to support their position. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes.

The City of Palm Bay Procurement Department must receive replies to this notice no later than 5:00 P.M. on November 25, 2025 to the Procurement Official through the Bonfire platform. After this date, an award will be made. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
