Specifications The list below provides the equipment specifications required.
Requested Item 1 Item Name = Spectra Precision SP90M GNSS Receiver Kit with Internal 410-40 MHz UHF Radio Part Number = SP90M-101-60 Quantity = 1 Features that the GNSS receiver unit need to have (built-in) include but not limited to the following:
1. Compatible with current Ashtech/Spectrum Precision accessories (cables, batteries, etc.) and processing software.
2. Capability to receive GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) data broadcast from the CORS Continuously Operating Reference Stations around the Continental U.S.
3. An input to allowing dual (2) GPS antennas to be connected simultaneously via one receiver. This allows precise heading to come from one receiver.
4. Must be able to track all the currently available satellite constellations (GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, IRNSS, AND SBAS), and the future planned constellations.
5. Must have built in ethernet, WiFi, cellular, and Bluetooth features.
6. Must have and internal UHF radio with at least 410-440 MHz TRx to provide communications between base receiver and rover receivers for Real Time Kinematics (RTK) within the band with range allowed by the USGS.
7. Must have fast RTK – 20 Hz capability and fast recording rates (minimum of 0.1 times per second or 10 Hz).
8. Must be IP67 rated housing
9. The internal memory must be a minimum of 8 GB with the option to use an external USB for larger capacity
10. Must export NMEA messages
11. Must meet or exceed the following Positioning Standards:
Real-Time DGPS Position:
Horizontal: 25 cm (0.82 ft) + 1 ppm Vertical: 50 cm (1.64 ft) + 1 ppm Real-Time Kinematic Position (RTK):
Horizontal: 8 mm (0.026 ft) + 1 ppm Vertical: 15 mm (0.049 ft) + 1 ppm High-Precision Static Horizontal: 3 mm (0.009 ft) + 0.1 ppm Vertical: 3.5 mm (0.011 ft) + 0.4 ppm Post-Processed Kinematic:
Horizontal: 8 mm (0.026 ft) + 0.5 ppm Vertical: 20 mm (0.065 ft) + 1.0 ppm
Requested Item 2 Item Name = Spectra Precision Ash-661 GNSS Antenna (or equivalent if this model is discontinued) Part Number = 802135-A; Ashtech 111661 Quantity = 1 Features that the GNSS antenna unit need to have:
1. Be portable and capable of tracking the GLONASS and L5 satellites
2. Capable of working with the SP90M and earlier GPS/GNSS models including the Ashtech Z-Xtreme, and the Spectra Precision Proflex GNSS 500 and 800 models.
Requested Item 3 Item Name = Spectra Precision SP80 GNSS Receiver Part Number = SPE94334-10 Quantity = 1 Features that the GNSS receiver unit need to have (built-in) include but not limited to the following:
1. Compatible with current Ashtech/Spectrum Precision accessories (cables, batteries, etc.) and processing software.
2. Capability to receive GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) data broadcast from the CORS Continuously Operating Reference Stations around the Continental U.S.
3. Must have and internal UHF radio with at least 410-440 MHz TRx to provide communications between base receiver and rover receivers for Real Time Kinematics (RTK) within the band with range allowed by the USGS.
4. Must have fast RTK – 20 Hz capability and fast recording rates (minimum of 0.1 times per second or 10 Hz).
5. Built in ethernet, WiFi, cellular, and Bluetooth features.
6. Hot swappable battery capability
7. Must be IP67 rated housing
8. The internal memory must be a minimum of 2 GB.
9. The patented inside-the-carbon fiber rod antenna extends the RTK radio range
10. Must meet or exceed the following Positioning Standards:
Real-Time DGPS Position:
Horizontal: 25 cm (0.82 ft) + 1 ppm Vertical: 50 cm (1.64 ft) + 1 ppm Real-Time Kinematic Position (RTK):
Horizontal: 8 mm (0.026 ft) + 1 ppm Vertical: 15 mm (0.049 ft) + 1 ppm High-Precision Static Horizontal: 3 mm (0.009 ft) + 0.1 ppm Vertical: 3.5 mm (0.011 ft) + 0.4 ppm
