Instructions to Offerors for the Submission of Proposals Vendors shall submit the specified model or equal. In order to be considered equal, equivalent models must possess, at a minimum, all salient characteristics attached in RFQ. Vendors offering equivalent models shall provide product documentation of its product’s compliance with salient characteristics. If documentation submitted does not clearly demonstrate vendor’s products meets these requirements its quote may not be considered.

A.1.1. Quotes shall be submitted to FedBid to the specified Buy Number.

Vendors must provide the following with their quote:

DUNS Number GSA Number (if applicable) Warranty information (if applicable) Business status (large, small, woman-owned, minority-owned, disadvantaged.)

A.1.2. The anticipated NAICS code for this acquisition is 334511. The size standard is 1000 Employees A.1.3. Questions must be submitted to www.FeBid.com Questions must be submitted up to two calendar days before the closing date of the solicitation. Questions submitted later than this may not be answered.

Vendor must have an approved or pending registration at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be eligible for award. The Government reserves the right to award to the next low vendor if the lowest vendor is does not have an active or pending registration by the date and time of the closing of the solicitation (RFQ).
