Delivery Order SPE4A615D5819-0001
This is a firm fixed-price delivery order awarded by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation to SKF USA Inc., a foreign-owned, for-profit manufacturer of bearings, seals, and related aerospace components. The contract, valued at $87,480.36, is for the supply of cylindrical roller bearings (NSN 8502463222) to support U.S. military aircraft and equipment. SKF USA Inc. has an extensive history of providing critical spare parts and components to the U.S. Department of Defense and major defense contractors through both prime contracts and subcontracts. The company holds several Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) contracts with the DLA Aviation and the Air Force Sustainment Center, which enable the government to order a variety of bearing products on an as-needed basis. This particular award is not associated with any set-aside designation. The contract aligns with SKF USA Inc.'s role as a critical supplier of precision-engineered bearings and components that meet the stringent requirements for military applications.
