This IDC is part of the DLA Troop Support Medical Supply Chain's Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Global Program Generation V (PPV-G GEN V) acquisition strategy. The purpose of this $30.3 billion unrestricted and fully competitive program is to establish Prime Vendor Contracts that will provide worldwide pharmaceutical support to Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD) customers, the United States Coast Guard, Designated Providers, Other Government Agencies, and the US Naval Fleet, including the Hospital Ships USNS Mercy and USNS Comfort.
