The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price ID/IQ contract to VetPowered, Inc., 2970 Main Street, San Diego, CA 92113-3730, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. VetPower is the only known Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that meets the requirements for the Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Services. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310. The following will be procured as follows: Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Services CLIN 0001 - Preventative Maintenance (Attachment 1) CLIN 0002 - Reactive Services The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the contract specialist below not later than 27 September 2019, 12:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time. Based upon the responses to this notice, the Government will determine if this proposed acquisition should be opened to competition. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
