The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Architecture & Integration Directorate awarded Accenture Federal Services LLC an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a potential value of $900 million to develop innovative approaches for multi-domain systems capabilities. Task orders issued to date include $1,000 for Accenture to deliver reports supporting capability requirements. The IDIQ aims to procure engineering, design, development and simulation services within three categories: capability development and planning, systems development, and synthetic environment development.

The originating solicitation sought proposals for the multiple award IDIQ through solicitation FA8684-22-R-2006, to establish qualified vendor pools for each category. Requirements will be competed within the appropriate pool in accordance with FAR 16.505(b). The base ordering period is five years from award with options to extend up to five additional years. No set-aside designation was used. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center utilizes such IDIQs to partner with organizations in fulfilling program needs at its bases, including the work to be performed by Accenture at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
