NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Edgesource Corporation under the SEWP VI program with a $20 billion ceiling and an award date of November 1, 2026. SEWP VI is a government-wide IT acquisition vehicle providing federal agencies a one-stop procurement mechanism for information technology products and services across the civilian and defense enterprise.
The contract carries a Partial Small Business set-aside and runs through October 31, 2036. Edgesource is a small business headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, specializing in cybersecurity, unmanned aerial systems, software development, and IT engineering services. Performance is nationwide.
SEWP VI supports agencies across the full spectrum of IT requirements, including systems engineering, software solutions, IT infrastructure, and related professional services. As a multiple-award GWAC, SEWP VI includes other prime contractors selected through the same solicitation; Edgesource is one of the awardees. The vehicle enables ordering activities by federal agencies seeking IT capabilities without conducting full-and-open competitions for individual procurements, subject to FAR 16.505 ordering procedures applicable to GWACs.
Edgesource holds substantial government technology portfolios including a $151 billion SHIELD IDIQ with the Missile Defense Agency (through December 2035), a $4 billion Navy SeaPort-NXG IDIQ, and multiple OASIS+ vehicles. The SEWP VI award expands the vendor's capacity to support IT modernization, cloud services, cybersecurity infrastructure, and related technology solutions across the federal civilian and defense agencies that leverage this vehicle for IT procurement.
