NASA ITPO awarded a GWAC to Koi Computers, Inc., a SBA-certified women-owned small business, on November 1, 2026, under Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI), a multiple-award vehicle with a $20 billion ceiling and performance through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI serves the federal government as an all-encompassing one-stop acquisition vehicle for information technology product and software solutions governmentwide.
This is a partial small-business set-aside. Koi's scope centers on commercial IT hardware procurement and delivery, including laptops, workstations, monitors, servers, high-performance computing clusters, storage systems, networking equipment, peripherals, and software licenses sourced from commercial vendors including HP, Dell, Apple, Lenovo, NVIDIA, Supermicro, and AMD.
Place of performance is nationwide. Koi currently operates 410 task orders under SEWP V (the predecessor vehicle) worth $58.4 million combined potential value, serving 228 distinct federal agencies including the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command, Department of Interior National Park Service, Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Energy, Treasury, and NSF. Recent significant orders include a $811.5 million delivery order from the Internal Revenue Service for GPU servers (September 2024, small-business set-aside) and a $25.2 million lease-year delivery order for the Joule High Performance Computing System from the Department of Energy Office of Fossil Energy (February 2023). Under SEWP VI, Koi competes for orders across federal agencies seeking commercial IT hardware and software solutions through pre-competed streamlined ordering procedures.
