NASA's Space Exploration Workload Productivity (SEWP VI) GWAC program awarded a multiple-award contract to Vision State LLC, an SBA Certified 8(a) Joint Venture, with a $20 billion ceiling through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is NASA's principal vehicle to provide federal agencies with integrated IT product and service solutions government-wide.
This is one of multiple awards under the SEWP VI program. Vision State holds 8(a) set-aside status as a joint venture between eTelligent Group LLC (mentor) and OTOT Technologies LLC (protege), both minority-owned firms. Performance occurs nationwide and worldwide to serve the federal government's distributed IT procurement needs.
The contract runs from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2036. Vision State's SEWP VI authorization aligns with its existing GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract, which carries 65 labor categories spanning IT professional services—project managers, business analysts, systems specialists, software engineers, database architects, quality assurance engineers, emerging technology specialists, and technical writers—with hourly rates ranging from $53.65 for entry-level technical writers to $220.65 for master's-level subject matter experts. No security-cleared positions are offered under this vehicle.
SEWP VI delivers IT acquisition capability across NAICS codes and PSC categories covering information technology goods, professional services, and emerging technology solutions. The contracting vehicle consolidates federal IT buying into a single source for civilian agencies, reducing procurement lead time and providing standardized pricing and terms across the government.
