NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Colossal Contracting LLC under SEWP VI with a $20 billion ceiling and an award date of November 1, 2026, providing the federal government with a one-stop acquisition vehicle for information technology product and service solutions.
SEWP VI is designated as a Partial Small Business set-aside. Colossal Contracting is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) based in Annapolis, Maryland. The contract runs through October 31, 2036.
Place of performance is nationwide, serving federal agencies across the civilian government. The GWAC scope encompasses brand-name enterprise IT infrastructure solutions—networking equipment, software licenses, cybersecurity tools, hardware maintenance, and technical support services—drawing from leading vendors including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, NetApp, F5, Nutanix, Splunk, Red Hat, Juniper, Checkpoint, CrowdStrike, and VMware.
Recent task-order activity under SEWP VI reflects Colossal's footprint across civilian agencies: a $5.51 million VA Technology Acquisition Center delivery order for Tenable Security Center software license renewal; a $6.21 million Social Security Administration order for wireless access point procurement; a $5.39 million USDA order for Cisco operations and maintenance support; and a $4.82 million Air Education and Training Command award for Polarity Enterprise licensing and cyber systems support. Colossal serves as a primary vehicle on SEWP VI alongside other high-value customers including NOAA, SSA, and USDA's Office of the Chief Information Officer, delivering standardized software and hardware rather than custom integration.
