NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Crystal Management, LLC under SEWP VI with a $20 billion ceiling, effective November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a government-wide information technology product and service acquisition vehicle available to all federal agencies.
This is a Partial Small Business set-aside. Crystal Management holds SBA certifications as a Veteran-Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, both expiring July 26, 2027.
SEWP VI serves as a comprehensive one-stop procurement instrument for IT goods and services across the federal government. The contract covers the full spectrum of information technology solutions, enabling federal agencies to order through a streamlined, pre-competed vehicle rather than conducting individual competitive procurements.
Place of performance is nationwide. The multiple-award structure allows NASA to designate multiple contractors across the SEWP VI program, expanding the range of IT capabilities available to ordering agencies while maintaining competition during task order issuance under FAR 16.505 procedures.
Crystal Management, headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, brings specialized expertise in application support, systems integration, cybersecurity, and program management to the SEWP VI vehicle, positioning federal customers to access these capabilities under a simplified acquisition pathway.
