NASA awarded a GWAC to Diaconia LLC for SEWP VI, a $20 billion multiple-award vehicle providing NASA and all federal agencies with information technology solutions for communication and audio-visual products and services, effective November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036. The contract is set aside for Total Small Business and is one of multiple awards under the SEWP VI program.
SEWP VI covers a nationwide scope across all federal agencies. Diaconia holds SBA 8(a) certification as a Subcontinent Asian American-owned small disadvantaged business, with certification valid through July 6, 2030. The prime contractor performs work across Computer Systems Design Services, Custom Computer Programming Services, and IT labor categories spanning enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, eDiscovery platform administration, and network engineering.
Diaconia's recent federal delivery order activity includes work under the 8(a) STARS III GWAC (8 delivery orders totaling $27 million) serving the IRS, Food and Drug Administration, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and Department of the Treasury; a $4.5 million delivery order from DTRA for high-performance computing technical support through September 2029; an $8.15 million delivery order from the IRS for Automated Lien Service Entity Modernization through July 2028; and task orders under the Multiple Award Schedule, Alliant II GWAC, and a NASA Indefinite Delivery Contract. SEWP VI is designed to deliver a full suite of IT solutions—products and services combined—for communication and audio-visual capabilities across the government, available to all federal agencies through GSA's vehicle.
