NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurements (SEWP) VI Industry Update
The NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurements (SEWP) VI Industry Update is a Special Notice published by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration on September 9, 2025. This notice provides an update on the status of the SEWP VI procurement process, which falls under the IT and Telecom category for Business Application/Application Development Support Services. NASA is currently in the process of reviewing and evaluating proposals submitted for the SEWP VI contract vehicle. The notice serves as a communication to industry partners regarding the timeline and transition planning for this significant procurement initiative. This opportunity does not utilize any small business set-aside provisions.
The primary purpose of this Special Notice is to inform industry stakeholders that the evaluation of SEWP VI proposals is taking longer than initially anticipated due to the large volume of submissions received. NASA has not yet finalized a specific commencement date for SEWP VI but has committed to coordinating the timing so that SEWP VI will begin immediately following the end of the current SEWP V contract. The notice does not specify particular deadlines, requirements, or eligibility criteria for contractors, as this appears to be a status update rather than a solicitation for new proposals. Contractors and interested parties are directed to monitor the SEWP V website at www.sewp.nasa.gov for ongoing updates regarding the contract status and transition timeline. The notice indicates that NASA is managing the transition carefully to ensure continuity of services between the current and future contract vehicles.
