NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Mutatio Inc., an SBA 8(a) certified small disadvantaged business, under SEWP VI with a $20 billion ceiling and performance through October 31, 2036, effective November 1, 2026. SEWP VI provides NASA and all federal agencies a full suite of IT solutions for communication and audio-visual solutions, inclusive of products and services, on a governmentwide basis.
Mutatio, based in McLean, Virginia, and minority-owned (Subcontinent Asian American), operates primarily as a systems integrator and infrastructure support provider under NAICS 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services). Place of performance is nationwide.
The contract runs on a five-year base plus one-year option structure through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a Total Small Business set-aside, one of multiple awards under the program.
Task-order activity under SEWP VI and other Mutatio GWAC vehicles reflects work across federal IT modernization and infrastructure modernization programs. Recent delivery orders include a $11.2 million order from the National Archives and Records Administration under CIO-SP3 SB for legacy and next-generation systems integration, architecture, IT project management, and operations and maintenance services, and a $4 million order from the Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for IT systems delivery and support. Mutatio holds concurrent seats on CIO-SP3 Small Business (with five task orders valued at $55.6 million combined) and OASIS+ Total Small Business (a multi-agency IDIQ covering Management and Advisory, Technical and Engineering, Research and Development, and Intelligence Services domains).
