NASA awarded a GWAC to Oran Inc. on November 1, 2026, with a $20 billion ceiling through October 30, 2036. This is SEWP VI, a multiple-award vehicle designed to provide federal agencies with a centralized acquisition solution for information technology products and services governmentwide.
Oran holds a Partial Small Business set-aside position on SEWP VI. The contractor is an SBA 8(a) Program Participant and SBA-certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), as well as Women-Owned Small Business certified, based in Herndon, Virginia.
SEWP VI enables ordering agencies across the federal government to procure IT goods and services through a streamlined one-stop vehicle. As a multiple-award contract, SEWP VI accommodates competing vendors within its structure, allowing agencies to issue task orders to qualified awardees based on specific requirements and pricing proposals.
Under SEWP VI, Oran competes for task orders alongside other awardees to deliver IT solutions spanning systems engineering, data management, and IT services to civilian federal agencies. The contract vehicle supports the federal government's need for rapid access to diverse IT capabilities without repeating full and open competition at the task order level, subject to FAR 16.505 ordering procedures typical of governmentwide acquisition vehicles.
