NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Govplace, LLC under the SEWP VI program with a $20 billion ceiling, effective November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a governmentwide IT acquisition vehicle providing all federal agencies with communication and audio-visual solutions, inclusive of products and services.
This is a Total Small Business set-aside. Govplace is a small business IT hardware and software reseller and systems integrator headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Place of performance is nationwide, supporting federal agencies across all sectors.
The program delivers a full suite of information technology solutions spanning hardware procurement (Dell servers, Cisco networking, Apple computing, HPE enterprise equipment), software licensing and maintenance (Splunk, VMware, Palo Alto Networks, Oracle, Veeam), cloud and infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Nutanix virtualization), and specialized tools. Govplace operates across a highly diversified federal customer base of over 390 agencies with no single customer exceeding 3% of recent award volume, concentrated in IT commodities and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions. Recent representative work includes a $5.4 million Netscout software and hardware delivery to DISA under SEWP V (October 2025), a $1.94 million Department of Transportation Palo Alto AI software support engagement under SEWP V (September 2025), and a $2.48 million Air Force eDiscovery SaaS solution at DOD Impact Level 5 with FedRAMP High certification (February 2025).
Govplace's transactional delivery-order profile reflects a commodity reseller model with median order sizes under $100,000, positioned to serve rapid IT procurement needs across the federal government.
