NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Axiom Consultants, Inc., on November 1, 2026, with a $20 billion ceiling and a performance period through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a government-wide IT solutions vehicle serving NASA and all federal agencies with communication and audio-visual products and services.
This is a Total Small Business set-aside GWAC. Axiom Consultants is an Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business and SBA 8(a) certified firm headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. Performance occurs nationwide and worldwide across all ordering agencies.
SEWP VI addresses a broad scope spanning IT communication infrastructure, audio-visual systems, and related product and service delivery across the federal enterprise. The multiple-award structure enables NASA to establish competitive ordering positions with multiple vendors, allowing agencies to compare solutions and pricing across the program.
As a total small business set-aside vehicle, SEWP VI restricts prime contracting to small business concerns, expanding federal small business participation in IT communications and AV modernization. Axiom's position on this vehicle complements its existing presence on other NASA and government-wide IT set-aside platforms, including the 8(a) STARS III GWAC and OASIS+ IDIQs, though those are separate vehicles.
The $20 billion ceiling establishes the aggregate contract value across all multiple awardees and all task orders issued under SEWP VI through the base period and option years.
