NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Northramp LLC under the SEWP VI program on November 1, 2026, with a contract ceiling of $20 billion and an ultimate completion date of October 31, 2036. SEWP VI provides NASA and all federal agencies with a full suite of IT solutions for communication and audio-visual solutions, including products and services, available governmentwide to support agency-wide IT procurement across the federal government.
This is a Total Small Business set-aside GWAC. Northramp LLC is a women-owned small business based in Reston, Virginia. The contract covers a base period through October 31, 2036 with options extending to the same date.
SEWP VI addresses the full range of communication and audio-visual IT capabilities, spanning products and managed services available to any federal agency. As a multiple-award vehicle, this GWAC establishes Northramp as one of several qualified providers competing for delivery orders across the civilian and defense federal enterprise.
Northramp's customer base on prior contracts concentrates on the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and International Development Finance Corporation, with experience across IT program management, systems integration, enterprise architecture, compliance support, and governance advisory services. The vendor invoiced $14.2 million as a prime contractor across federal service contracts from fiscal 2022 through fiscal 2024, with government-paid hourly rates on prior work ranging from $86.97 to $133.09 per hour at the 10th to 90th percentile.
